Sheki
Shеki is one of the oldest cities in Azerbaijan and is a protected area for historical buildings in Azerbaijan. Of particular interest to visitors from all over the world is the Shеki Khans, built in 1762, a rare building that combines traditional palaces and government agencies. During the construction of the palace, no nails were used and a stained glass of traditional mosaic “shebeke” was brought from Venice.
